Each capsule provides 36mg of lactobacilli culture (L.acidophilus, L.rhamnosus and L.casei) equivalent to 2 billion (2 x 10⁹) and 72 mg proanthocyanidins from cranberry extract. The proanthocyanidins present in cranberry fruit interfere with bacterial adherence to the urinary tract epithelial cells.
